- Nagarzunakonda. - Ruins of a city that flourished during the first centuries AD. It bears the name of the Buddhist monk Nagarjuna
- Visakapatnam. - Large city and great port in the Bay of Bengal
- Vijayawanda. - Third largest city in the state after Hyderabad and Visakapatnam.
- Tirumala. - One of the most important places of worship for Hindus. The central church of the city dedicated to one of the incarnations (Avatar) of Vishnu is visited daily by 50,000 / 100,000 pilgrims.
- Lepaksi. - Small village with the ruins of three temples and a giant sculpture depicting a bull (nadi), the vehicle of Shiva, a deity of the Hindu religion
