Milos is an island in the Aegean Sea that belongs to Cyclades. It is located in the southwest of the Cyclades and near it is its smallest island Kimolou.
Access
Milos has regular air transport as well as regular ferry services from Piraeus, but also from Heraklion. Thinner itineraries are made from other islands. There is one flight a day from Athens.
Beaches of Milos
The beaches of Milos are many and quite different from each other, many with sand, but also with special rocks. Since there are beaches on all sides of the island, be sure to find out the direction of the wind, so that if it is north (as usual) go to the south beach. Conversely, if it is south, which is less common, prefer the northern beaches.
