The Pyrgetos, Rapsani, Krania are its settlements Regional unit of Larissa in the Municipal Unit of Kato Olympus, with a population of 2,125 inhabitants.

THE Πυργετός is a village of the regional unit of Larissa and seat of the Municipality of Kato Olympus. It is located at the eastern foot of Kato Olympus and is 36 km from Larissa. The Kato Olympus and Ossa mountain ranges have been designated as Corine habitat, while the nearby Pinios Delta area is designated as Natura kai Corine habitat. Dense vegetation of fruit trees, small thickets and bushes surround the village. In Livadi there are remains of a bridge of Venetian construction. The inhabitants are about 1,760 and are mainly engaged in agriculture (sugar beets, corn, wheat, kiwi, vines, olive groves) and livestock (sheep and goats and a few cattle). There are also builders, freelancers (traders and craftsmen) and employees.

THE Rapsani is a village in the regional unit of Larissa. From the beginning of the 20th century, Rapsani was a famous vacation spot for the people of Larissa due to its good climate. Rapsani is known for the production of wine and tsipouro. Three kilometers outside the village, we find the chapel of Agios Theodoros, which stands out for its murals and the natural landscape that surrounds it, while near the height of Rapsani station the location of the river Pinios is a unique spectacle. Rapsani has inhabited since about the 9th century.
