Meizhou is the final formation, settlement and reproduction place of the Hakka ethnic family in history, and it is also the ancestral home and spiritual home of Hakka overseas Chinese all over the world. At the 12th World Hakka Congress, Meizhou was honored as " World Hakka Capital".
Meizhou City is located at the junction of Guangdong, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.
