Map of Altbüron

By plane

By train

The community does not have its own train station, because the Centralbahn railway line that had begun was never completed as a result of the economic crisis in 1875.

The community is served by two bus routes. One leads from Langenthal above Melchnau and Altbüron after Grossdietwil, the other from Cell via Altbüron to St. Urban.

In the street

The community is not located on any main traffic axis, but only on a connecting road that connects Zell with Roggwil.

The closest motorway connections are Reiden and Dagmersellen on the A2 and Niederbipp on the A1.
