Aneityum also anatomist or Keamu is an island in the Tafea Province of the island state Vanuatu.

The island Aneityum is almost 160 km², it is mountainous and sparsely populated. Its highest elevations are that 1 Mt Inrerow Atamein, 852 m and the 2 Mt. Nanawareez, 804 m off the southwest coast of Aneityum is the 16 hectare islet Inyeug, better known by the name Mystery Island.
When the first Europeans arrived on Aneityum around 1793, around 12,000 people lived there. [1] Through introduced diseases and through Blackbirding the number of its inhabitants sank to below 200 by 1930. Today almost 1000 people live on the island, there are only a few small towns:
