Auron is a ski resort located in the town of Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée, in the Tinée valley, in the south-east of France.

Since Nice, take the RD6202 to a place called "la Mescla" then turn right onto the RD2205 until Saint-Etienne-de-Tinée. From there take the D39 to the station. Count 1 h 30 road and 90 km.
