Urban centers
- Khinalug (Xınalıq) - Ancient Caucasian village located high up in the mountains of the Quba district.
- Khudat - A base for excursions to the famous beaches and resorts of the Nabran area.
- Nabran - Nabran is full of many recreational facilities offering a wide range of services: luxury accommodation, sports activities, children's camps and musical entertainment venues.
- Qachrash - Near a beautiful forest where some campsites are available.
- Quba - One of its urban suburbs is home to the largest Azerbaijani community of mountain Jews and is considered one of the largest Jewish communities in the former Soviet Union.
- Qusar - Located in the mountain system of the Great Caucasus, near the border with Russia.
- Siyəzən - Chief town of the Siazan district.
- Xaçmaz - It is considered a very popular tourist destination for the combination of a warm summer climate, woods along the sea and clean golden beaches.
- Şabran (former Davachi) - In 2010 it took on the name of a historic medieval city of the same name which was from a port 15 km further north.
