By train
Bachs does not have a train station. The next train stations with bus connections to Bachs are Dielsdorf and Steinmaur (with bus 535 directly to Bachs), as well as Bülach (with bus 515 via Stadel) and Zurich Airport (with bus 510 via Stadel).
By bus
Bachs is on the 535 bus of the Zürcher Verkehrsverbund, which runs from Dielsdorf via Steinmaur and Bachs to Stadel bei Niederglatt and is served by a yellow Postbus.
In the street
The closest motorway exit is the Zurich Affoltern exit of the A4 motorway. From there, follow road 17 in the direction of Regensdorf - Dielsdorf - Koblenz. After Dielsdorf turn right to Nieder-Ober-Steinmaur (white sign). In Steinmaur, after the church, turn off in the direction of Bachs. The road leads via Heitlig into the Bachsertal directly to Bachs.
