- 1 Livadeia — The capital of the Boeotia, on the slope of Mount Helicon, celebrated in Greek mythology.
- 2 Arachova — Traditional settlement on the southern slope of Mount Parnassus.

- 4 Thebes (Greek: Thiva) — The modern town lies at the site of ancient Thebes, a powerful city-state that dominated most of Classic Greece after the victory over the Spartans at Leuctra in 371 BC
- 5 Chaeronea — Near the modern village of Chaeronea took place in 338 BC the crucial battle in which king Philip II of Macedonia overcame Athens and Thebes, which meant the end of Greek independence.
- 6 Antikyra — A relaxed seaside resort set in a rugged landscape, at the point where the southern slopes of Mount Parnassus meet the waters of the Corinthian Gulf.
- 7 Agios Thomas Tanagras — A semi moutain villge at Tanagra municipality, near necropolis of ancient Tanagra.
