Syrups is a small town in the state of Minas Gerais, part of the call Water Circuit. The cities now dismembered from Wells of Caldas and Santa Rita de Caldas, in addition to other towns with a name ending in "Caldas".
It is a destination especially sought after by seniors, ecotourists and young people in search of extreme sports. The region is surrounded by numerous mountains and waterfalls. One of the highlights of the region is the district of Wells of Rio Verde, endowed with one of the most beautiful resorts in the south of Minas Gerais. From various points it is possible to see, on top of a hill, a small chapel dedicated to Santa Teresinha.
