- The Hill of the Mills. The best known attraction in town. There are ten mills that in 1978 were declared a Site of Cultural Interest. His image will make you remember Don Quixote.
- 1 El Infante Mill. Also called Infanto. It preserves the original structure and mechanism from the 16th century. Visiting hours are from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
- 2 Sardinero Mill. It preserves the original structure and mechanism from the 16th century. It is the only mill that is within the urban area.
- 3 Burleta Mill. It preserves the original structure and mechanism from the 16th century. Every first Sunday of the month, in the morning, a traditional grinding is staged there. In the months of July and August, the milling takes place at night, the first Saturday of the month.
- 4 Culebro Mill. Inside is the Sara Montiel Museum. Visiting hours are from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- 5 Poyato Mill. Inside is the tourist information point. Open from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- 6 Inca Garcilaso Mill. Inside you can find content related to the trade of farming.

- 11 Royal Farm. It is the municipal museum, contains a permanent exhibition of archeology and houses temporary exhibitions. In the 16th century it was the headquarters of an agricultural bank that, under the control of the City Council, lent grain to farmers.
- The Albaicín. They are the streets and squares closest to the Cerro de los Molinos. Enjoy the most classic La Mancha neighborhood, with its houses made of Arabic tiles and painted in white and indigo.

- Take the Pais del Quijote route. The perfect route to remember the adventures of Don Quixote. Pass through the following towns: Alcazar of San Juan, Alba Mortar, Criptana field Y The Toboso. First visit the Tourist Office of any of these towns and they will give you a map with the complete route. In each tourist office they will stamp this map. If you get all 4 stamps, they will give you a diploma for finishing it. To carry out this route it is advisable to have a car.
- Enjoy the festivities.
- Feast of the Blessed Virgin of Criptana. It is celebrated on Easter Monday and a nomería is held on the hill where its hermitage is located.
- Feast of the Holy Christ of Villajos. It is celebrated in August from August 23 to 28. Cultural, sporting, recreational and entertainment events are held: literary, painting, music band competitions, regional dance and song festivals, floats and parades, sports competitions, etc.
- Visit the Salicor lagoon. It is 5km away by car. Perfect for walking and spending the day. There are numerous species of birds inhabiting it, such as the little bustard and the common gangue. It is surrounded by a typical wetland flora. Take the Senda de los Cantareros and enjoy its slabs with sgraffito marks, considered prehistoric petroglyphs.
