Tskhinvali - the largest city and de facto capital of an unrecognized country South Ossetia, de jure and the city of Georgia in the region of Inner Kartli. It is situated on the banks of the Didi Liachwi River (Wielka Liachwa). In the years 1934-1961 it was called Staliniri.
