Changbin (Chinese: 長濱, Chángbīn; Amis: Kakacawan) is a rural township in Taitung County, Taiwan. It is the northernmost township in Taitung County. It population of 7,200 people (2018) consists mainly of the Amis people with a Kavalan minority.

The area used to be called Jiazuowan (加走灣) which is a transliteration of the name in the Amis language meaning 'looking point', the local people used the area as a vantage point to monitor the invading Qing army.

Temples
- 1 Lingyan Temple (靈巖寺). One of the temples within the Bashian caves.
- 2 Kolado't Presbyterian Church (樟原長老教會), ☏ 88689881007. The church building is shaped to look like a boat.
- 3 Ningcheng Temple (寧城宮). The temple is the only temple to the 'King of the Three Hills' and also serves the local land god.

Bashian Caves
- 1 Bashian Caves (八仙洞), ☏ 88689881418. 08:30-17:00. A series of caves caused by water erosion that house a number of tamples.
- 2 Wushihbi Scenic Area (烏石鼻風景區). A picturesque seaside area.
- 3 Yushui Beach (玉髓沙灘), ☏ 886-89-832139. A beach popular with couples. Gemstones can occasionally be found on the beach, although it is illegal to remove them.
- 4 Pasongan Lookout (長濱觀景臺). An observation deck with views out to sea.
Cycling
- 5 Shimen-Changbin Bicycle Trail (石門長濱自行車道). This 27-km-long cycling trail begins in Fongbin Township and ends in Changbin. The track passes through the Shihtiping Scenic Area.
