Chelsea is a town in the region Outaouais to Canada. It is located north of Gatineau, Quebec, at about 10 km north ofOttawa and is part of the national capital region. According to the 2016 Canadian census, the population of Chelsea is 6,909 people. The Municipality of Chelsea includes the southern and eastern regions of Gatineau Park and is bordered on the east by the Gatineau River.
