The commune of Colombey is not only the former residence of General de Gaulle. It has also become the gateway to the Champagne wine region of Haute-Marne. One of the local producers has settled in the town, the others are located in Argentolles (a neighboring village and part of the town of Colombey) and Rizaucourt, a little further away.
