climate

The climate is subtropical hot. In the interior of the country there is a dry desert climate, on the coast the humidity can be quite high in the summer months. Rain only falls in the winter months and only in small amounts.

Dubai can be visited all year round. This is ensured by the numerous air-conditioned malls and hotels. Covered pedestrian crossings and air-conditioned metro and bus stations make the heat bearable even in summer. Beach holidays are best possible in spring and autumn. The winter months are also suitable for excursions into the hinterland, although the temperatures in the mountains can get quite close to freezing.
