The "TH" is one of the hardest things to pronounce because it doesn't have the right way or you learn by speaking with the natives but the most used version is the "D" an example is mother "Mother" pronounces "Moder" more it can be pronounced F or S and rarely T or Z but simply you have to accept that a new language has its rules so start practicing that soon you will be speaking correctly.
