Portiței mouth - Gura Portiței

Portiței mouth[1] is a locality located on a narrow strip of sand, between the Black Sea and Lake Golovița, in the Danube Delta. Originally a fishing village, Gura Portiței (Portița) is known as one of the most secluded (and quiet) tourist villages, an alternative to Vama Veche, which has become too popular and crowded in recent years.
