Guria - is a region (mchare) in the west Georgia, lying on the eastern shore of the Black Sea. The capital of the region is the city Ozurgeti.

Geography
Guria is bordered by Megrelia and Upper Svaneti to the northwest, Imereti to the north, Samckhe-Javakheti to the east, Ajaria to the south, it lies on the eastern shore of the Black Sea. The region has an area of 2 003 km².
The Kolchidzki National Park is located in the northern part of the region.
