- The architecture is varied, thanks to the history (and occupations) of the city. There are lots of charming little streets, a castle, and the ancient city walls.
- The small river and the houses that run alongside it are pretty. (But in summer the river can dry out and smell not so good!)

- La Dolce Vitta, Plaça Independencia. Italian, reasonably priced.
- Osaka, Migdia. Japanese buffet, very good price and quality.
