Hay is a city in the state New South Wales, Australia. It is the administrative center of the Hay Shire Council Local Government Area and is in the region Riverina on the Murrumbidgee River.

- Shear outback, Sturt / Cobb Highway crossing - sheep shear, this is Australia, this is Outback and it is even a sport. This museum deals with this culture, its stories and the passions behind it. There is also live demonstration and of course that Hall of Fame from Australia's most famous sheep shearers. Daily 9 am-5pm, entry 15 AUD.
