The Chrząstawa (German: Himmelwitzer water) is a more than 50 km long tributary of the Malapane in the southwest Poland in the voivodeship Opole. It is very popular with canoeists and anglers.

The Chrząstawa rises at Strzelce Opolskie and overflows westwards Jemielnica to the Malapane where they at Opole flows out.
