Getting to Ho Chi Minh City
Tan Son Nhat International Airport is located seven km north of Saigon city center. There are several European airlines flying to Saigon such as Lufthansa and Air France, but above all Asian airlines fly to and from Saigon. Traveling from the airport by taxi to the city center costs 120 Dong (July 2008). For the budget traveler, there is a stop for city buses about one km from the airport terminal.
