It is located in a Private Reserve of the National Heritage - RPPN, under the administration of Michelin - headquartered in Igrapiúna. It has an adequate structure to receive visitors, 2 viewpoints conveniently placed for tourists, an ecological trail at the top of the waterfall and a visitor's center, on the foundations of an old hydroelectric plant that used to function there.
