Haji.

Haha It is a typical Andean town in the state of Mérida, popular for its crafts, cobbled streets and its proximity to the city of Mérida, which makes it an ideal destination for road cycling.

Context

Haha It is one of the oldest towns in the state, founded in 1580 with the name of San Miguel de Jají by the Spanish Bartolomé Gil Naranjo, it was refounded in 1610 after its collapse and renovated in the 1960s in order to enhance its typical Andean appearance .

By bus

Several bus lines connect Haha with the nearby towns of Ejido, San Juan and Mérida to the south and east, with approximate travel times between 1h to 1: 30h. Of these, the main connection is offered by the buses of the Jají line, depart from Mérida with an interval of one hour between 05:00 and 18:00, for Bs 18. You can connect to the north with the town of La Azulita by taking the buses that connect it with Mérida at the Las Cruces stop, 3km from the town.
