Yokohama - the largest seaport and one of the largest industrial centers Japan. It is situated in the south-eastern part of the island Honshu, in Kanagawa Prefectureof which it is the capital. The city occupies a peninsula in the western part of Tokyo Bay, near the mouth of the Tsurumi River into the sea.
