security
Kabul is generally under government control. Nevertheless, there are always terrorist attacks, especially in the city center, on high-profile targets (government buildings, foreign missions, universities, hotels, company headquarters). In addition, there is a high level of "normal" crime (kidnappings, robberies, etc.). You absolutely have to find out about the security situation on a daily basis.
