Kashan - Kaschan

Kashan is a city in the region Isfahan about 200 kilometers south of Tehran direction Isfahan. The city on the edge of Dascht-e Kavir with the National park is about 1000 meters above sea level in the middle of an irrigated fruit oasis.

The old caravanserais, which are housed under huge domed vaults, are worth seeing in the bazaar.
