- Gothic castle - the seat of Polish starosts. When in 1777 the castle and its surroundings were given to Count Sievers, a new magnate residence was erected on the basis of the eastern tower of the castle, the so-called New Castle. In 1949, the buildings of the stables and coach house of the New Castle became the seat of the Historical Museum.
