Kuźnica Kącka is a small village of about 100 inhabitants, located in Greater Poland Voivodeshipin the southwestern part Ostrów County and in the south-east of the Sosno commune. It is located approximately 36 km southwest of the center Ostrów Wielkopolski and is situated near the national road no 25Antonin - Olesnica. A small river flows through Kuźnica Śląska Polish Water.
History and monuments
The village was mentioned for the first time in 1354 as the estate of Zomel in the hands of the prince Konrad I, then as a fief Thoma von Hanna. From the mid-16th century in the hands of the owners of Kąty Śląskie and further the Międzyborskie estate. In 1785, a water mill was replaced in the village inhabited by 115 people. In 1854, 191 inhabitants, a water mill and a forge. From 1886, Kuźnica Kącka was an independent manor area with an area of 45 hectares.
The main monument of Kuźnica Śląska is forester's house from the end of the 19th century, referring to Swiss architecture.
