Lakshadives - archipelago and one of the union territories India, located in the Laccadive Sea off the southwestern coast of India. Until recently, it was known in Poland under the name of Laccadives, from which the current name of the sea was adopted. The capital of the territory and the only city (town) is Kavaratti.
