A village in the shape of a street, situated above Lake Sławskie (Zatoka Lubiatowska) and the river Obesity (Obra), on the edge of forests Sława Śląska Forest Inspectorate.
The length of the lake is 9.2 km, the width is 1.51 km, the length of the shoreline of the lake basin is 24.65 km. There are islands on the lake with a total area of 10.6 ha. The lake is fed by the Czernica River from the northeast and the Cienica River from the southeast, as well as several smaller watercourses. The Obrzyca River flowing northwards flows from the lake.
The Wschowa WOPR group is stationed at the lake.

In the eastern part of the village on Krępińska Bay, there is the so-called Lubiatów Port, where the marinas of sailing clubs are located (including the Jacht Klub Zagłębia Miedziowego Chalkos) and recreational centers.
