Marineland is a small beachfront town in Northeast Florida. It is south of St. Augustine and north of Palm Coast along route A1A and consists almost exclusively of Marineland of Florida, one of the state's first theme parks. As such, the population is extremely small, with just 16 people calling Marineland home in 2010.

By car
Marineland is bisected by Florida Route A1A, which follows Florida's Atlantic Coast from the Georgia border to Miami. 10 minutes north of town, S.R. 206 connects A1A to Interstate 95.
By boat
The Marineland Marina offers over 20 slips for vessels as well as full customer service, including restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.
Get around
Walking is by far the easiest way to get around Marineland, as the small size means that you can walk from the north end to the south end of the town in around 10 minutes. The Flagler Beach to Marineland Trail ends in the town, and provides a wide multi-use path paralleling A1A.

- 1 Marineland Dolphin Adventure (Marineland of Florida), 9600 Ocean Shore Boulevard, ☏ 1 904 471-1111. Daily 9AM-4:30PM. Home to several dolphins that reside in a 1.3-million gallon habitat, this attraction lends the town its name and was one of Florida's first tourist attractions. Open daily, the facility offers a variety of interactive programs for guests, including the chance to take a dip and swim with the animals. Adult $23, children $14, seniors $22; swim with dolphins $140-240.
- 2 River to Sea Preserve, 9805 N Ocean Shore Blvd, ☏ 1 (386) 313-4020. Daily dawn-11PM. Situated on both sides of A1A, this county park offers beach access to the east and a maritime shrub landscape to the west, complete with hiking trails, picnic areas, and a launch for kayaks and canoes on the Matanzas River. Group camping is also available for a fee, call for reservations. Free.

- 1 Faver-Dykes State Park (15 miles south of St. Augustine, near the intersection of I-95 and US-1, and bordering Pellicer Creek, a designated state canoe trail), ☏ 1 904-794-0997. 8AM-sundown. Activities include fishing, picnicking, boating, canoeing, camping and wildlife viewing.
- Ripple Effect Ecotours, 101 Tolstoy Ln, ☏ 1 (904) 347-1565, ✉[email protected]. Multiple kayak tours depart from the Marineland Marina and head out into the extensive natural areas around the Matanzas River. Also offered is a small motorboat tour powered by vegetable oil. Guides are certified University of Florida Master Naturalists and tours include free admission to the Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Adults $55, children (15 and under) $45.
Eat, drink, and sleep
Marineland has no restaurants, bars, or hotels, but there is great dining and accommodations a short drive away in either direction on A1A in Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, and the oldest city on the U.S., St. Augustine.
