Marvão Castle
- Marvão is a small town on the heights of the national park Serra de Sao Mamede. It is surrounded by a city wall, on the northeast side of which there is a well-preserved one on a rock spur 1 Castle complex connects. The view from the towers and the wall of the almost 900 m high fortress is magnificent, and some details of the castle, such as the cisterns and the bastion, are also worth seeing.
