The packing house for the vegetables harvested on the island is located in this small village. From there they are shipped to Nassau. The small settlement of Ramsey is about 1.5 km to the south-east. In the sea 1.5 km from Mount Thompson, three rocks rise up. It's the "Three Sister Rocks".
The former small hotel Palms at Three Sisters has started extensive construction work on a 7 hectare property. In the final phase, a 72 room luxury hotel, 114 apartments and 21 villas are planned.
