Nchalo is a locality of Southern Malawi.

Nchalo is best known for its sugar plantation and sugar factory, which are the largest employers in the lower Shire Valley.

Nchalo is located on the M1 road Blantyre-Nsanje between the localities of Chikwawa and Bangula. It takes about 45 min drive from Blantyre.
