Neder-Over-Heembeek is an industrial and residential district of Brussels.
Understand
Neder-Over-Heembeek is a former municipality, which was attached to the city of brussels in 1921. It was originally two villages: Neder-Heembeek and Over-Heembeek which were reunited in a single municipality in 1813. Today it is mainly a residential area. But it contains an industrial part, along the channel.

Neder-Over-Heembeek is located on the STIB tram lines 3 Esplanade - Churchill and 7 Heysel - Vanderkindere as well as on the bus line 47 between De Brouckère and Vilvorde Station (Vilvoorde).
