Neder-Over-Heembeek is an industrial and residential district of Brussels.

Neder-Over-Heembeek is a former municipality, which was attached to the city ​​of brussels in 1921. It was originally two villages: Neder-Heembeek and Over-Heembeek which were reunited in a single municipality in 1813. Today it is mainly a residential area.
