Neuilly-sur-Seine is a municipality and a city of Hauts-de-Seine, adjacent to Paris, located on the triumphal axis, between Étoile and La Défense. The municipality counts 61,000 inhabitants approximately who have a median tax income per household of 55 786 € (2010) and a large number of people subject to the solidarity tax on wealth, which makes it one of the wealthiest populations in the Paris conurbation. It has many head offices of French and international companies. The American Hospital in Paris is also located there.

Daytime car parking (Monday to Friday from 9 h - 19 h) is limited in duration and chargeable (except in August when it is free). Several public underground parking lots are available [1].

- Arturo Lopez Hotel 12 rue du Center – It was built in 1903 under the direction of the architect Paul Rodocanachi on the model of a mansion of the XVIIIe century. The rich patron and heir Arturo Lopez, son of a Chilean industrialist and attached to the Chilean embassy, bought it in 1928 to bring together his collections from royal residences. He carried out transformations and extensions of the building in the years 1950-1958. The building was acquired in 1971 by the municipality, a few years after the death of Arturo López, with a view to a museum and cultural center project. The building is of interest from the point of view of its decorations (woodwork, faux marble, mirrors, etc.) and the ballroom entirely covered with shells like the Grotte de Rambouillet.
- Automaton museum – The Automata Museum housed in the Arturo Lopez hotel exhibits a representative collection of French-made mechanical automata from the period 1850-1930.
- 3 Théophile Gautier's House 32 rue de Longchamp
Can not be visited. – Théophile Gautier lived in this house with his family from 1858 until his death (1872). There he welcomed his artist and writer friends such as Baudelaire, Flaubert, Puvis de Chavannes, Zola, the Goncourt brothers and the father and son Dumas. It is in this house that he notably wrote his famous novel "Captain Fracasse"in 1863.
