Like many other large cities, New York is divided into sectors and neighborhoods. The five boroughs of the city are actually different administrative regions - each with different local independence and culture. Every borough has NEIGHBORHOODS individual - some just a few blocks long - with praiseworthy personalities in music and cinema among the inhabitants.   • The Cloisters, - Set on four acres of the Hudson River in the northern part of Manhattan's Fort Tryon Park, the building incorporates elements from five medieval French monasteries and other monastic sites in France. Its gardens are a great place to spend the afternoon. Pay for the monasteries or the Metropolitan Museum and see them both for the price of one.
