Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows is a municipality of Quebec to Canada located on theGreen Island in the St. Lawrence River.

Understand

Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs is a parish located in the east of Quebec in the regional county municipality of Wolf River to Bas-Saint-Laurent. Its territory corresponds to that of Île Verte located in the St.Lawrence River in front of L'Isle-Verte. It is often called “L'Île-Verte”, but, in fact, L'Isle-Verte is another municipality located on the shore and is not insular. The isolation of the island has allowed it to preserve a high quality architectural heritage and a rural landscape reminiscent of those of yesteryear.
