Pankow is a is a district northeast of Berlin, comprising the former districts of Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow and Weißensee. It is mostly a residential district.

Pankow is easily accessible by public transport. The subway line U2 crosses a good part of the neighborhood, as well as several S-Bahn lines, including those of the Ring (ring)

For the tourist the most interesting part is Prenzlauer Berg, which is in the southern part of Pankow, just northwest of Mitte.
