Yangmingshan National Park (陽明山 國家 公園); Yang Ming Shan Guójiā Gōngyuán) is a park of Taiwan, in the north of Taipei.

To go
By bus
From Taipei, take bus 260 which leaves from Taipei Central Station. This bus also goes through Jiantan subway station on the red line. Yangmingshan (陽明山). Cost: 15 $, about 30 min journey from Jiantan.
To see
Yangmingshan National Park is located in an area of mountains with lush vegetation, numerous waterfalls, hot springs, and very rich flora and fauna.
The park is fully landscaped: public lighting, numerous toilets and water point, safe paths, and many small shops where you can buy food and drink. Several car parks in the area. On weekends and public holidays, the crowd can be considerable there.
Despite its close proximity to the Taiwanese capital, the climate of Yangmingshan National Park is slightly cooler and rainier than in Taipei.
