the Bic national park is a Quebec national park located in the estuary of the St.Lawrence River at Bas-Saint-Laurent to Canada. Its sunset is recognized as one of the most beautiful in the world by National Geographic.

Understand

The park 33 km2 includes a cutaway section of the coast of the St.Lawrence Estuary with a dozen bays and rugged terrain culminating with Pic Champlain at 346 m. One third of the vascular plants of the Quebec, including several subarctic and alpine-arctic plants. In terms of fauna, it is home to the highest concentration of American porcupines in theNorth America. It is also a good place to observe harbor seals, common eiders and raptors.
