"Barycz Valley" Landscape Park - was established in 1996 and is located in the area of ​​two provinces: Greater Poland and Lower Silesia.

It covers the total area of ​​87,040 ha, of which on the territory of communes Odolanów, A pine tree and Outfits covers 17,000 ha. The aim of the park is to protect the natural, cultural and landscape values ​​in these areas. The northern boundary of the park is just a few kilometers from Ostrów Wielkopolski. Further to the south there is an area captivating with the richness of the world of plants and animals. The areas in the Barycz valley are complexes of fish ponds, peat bogs, breeding forests, low-lying oak-hornbeam forests, alders and meadows. The park has 121 plant communities, numerous sites of protected plants (43 species, including 29 under complete protection), 250 bird species, including 166 breeding species. There are 51 species of mammals, including 23 protected species.
