Look

Simien National Park contains one of the most spectacular mountain ranges in Africa: the Simien Mountains. At 4,553 meters, Ras Dashen is the highest peak in the country, although views of the Northern Escarpment are better.

Another attraction of the park is wildlife. Simien's wolf is the rarest canid in the world and can be found in the mountains. The Baboon of Gelada is a frequent sight in the park and, in the highest parts of the mountain range, you can find Ibex Walia.
