Pictou is a small port town in the Northumberland Shore of Nova Scotia (Nova Scotia). The place is much smaller than the neighboring city New Glasgow, touristic but more significant.

  • Nova Scotia & Prince Edwards Island Ferry. Nova Scotia & Prince Edwards Island Ferry sails from Caribou, seven kilometers north, to PEI. The crossing in the direction of PEI is free, leaving PEI, whether over the Confederation Bridge or with this ferry, costs $ 106 for two people including a car. The ferry runs up to nine times a day from May 1st to December 20th.
