Pismo Beach is a place where central California coast in California, United States with about 8,700 inhabitants. Pismo Beach is a typical coastal town with a 37 km long, wide sandy beach and wonderful conditions for surfing (wave surfing). A settlement by Indians is documented as early as 1769.
getting there
Pismo Beach is about halfway between San Francisco in the north and los Angeles in the south. The airports there are also suitable for entry. The fastest way to get to the town by car is via the 101 freeway, but the most beautiful way to reach it is via the California Highway 1, the famous scenic coastal road.
