The Płonia (German: Plones) is an approx. 80 km long coastal river in the north Poland in the voivodeship West Pomerania. It is very popular with canoeists and anglers.

Run

The plan arises at Barlinek in the Berlinchener See in the Soldiner Lake District and flows northwest through the Pomeranian lake and arts landscape (Plönesee, Madüsee etc.) direction Dam Lake. It flows into the Dammscher lake Szczecin.
