Port Louis (creole: Pòlwi) is a community in Guadeloupe.

The place was named after King Louis XIV of France. In the past centuries the port was protected by three fortifications. The sugar cane from the hinterland was processed in the sugar factory of the Beauport family. In 1965, 2,100 people were still working for the factory. It had to close after a hurricane. Today's port has a quay length of 150 m.

Port Louis is located on the northwest coast between the towns of Morne-A-L'Eau and Anse-Bertrand. The national road 6 makes a big curve through the place and leads directly along the sea.
